The size can be flexibly adjusted to suit the amount of fried chicken you want. Whether it's a single-serving fried chicken box or a shared fried chicken bucket, you can design the perfect size with precise dividers to prevent food from stacking and warping. A wide variety of colors are available to match your brand's VI system, and you can also change the theme color to suit holidays or promotions for even more appeal. A wide variety of shapes are available, including standard square and round shapes, as well as customizable unique shapes to make your fried chicken packaging boxes stand out from the crowd. Logos can be clearly presented using a variety of finishes to enhance brand recognition.

Price influencing factors, clear and transparent
The quote is primarily determined by the box type, size, and quantity. Different box types have varying levels of difficulty and cost. For example, a simple airplane box is relatively inexpensive, while a card box with complex partitions is slightly more expensive. A uniquely shaped fried chicken bucket is even more expensive. Larger boxes consume more material, resulting in increased processing costs and, consequently, a higher price. Smaller boxes are more economical. Regarding quantity, the minimum order quantity is typically 5,000 pieces, with no fixed value and open to negotiation. Larger orders reduce unit costs and offer more favorable pricing.

Materials and Craftsmanship, Quality Assurance
1.We use a variety of high-quality paper materials. White cardboard (157g-300g) has a smooth surface and excellent printing quality, making it suitable for exquisite packaging. Kraft paper (180g-350g) is environmentally friendly and durable, with a vintage feel. Corrugated paper (200g-400g) offers strong cushioning properties, effectively protecting food and is particularly suitable for long-distance transportation. Some boxes are coated internally for waterproof and oil-proof properties, preventing grease and moisture from the fried chicken from penetrating the packaging.

2.Lamination options include glossy and matte. Glossy lamination creates a dazzling, vibrant, and colorful surface, while matte lamination offers a softer, matte finish with a delicate touch and a more premium appearance. Special lamination processes are less commonly used for general food boxes, while hot stamping, UV treatments, and silver foil are commonly used for airplane boxes, card boxes, and paper bags. These processes can create a metallic, luxurious, and sophisticated look for logos or designs, while UV treatments can create a raised, glossy effect in specific areas, adding a sense of depth to the packaging.

Samples and Production: Efficient and Convenient
1.A variety of sample types are available. Standard digital samples printed on one side cost $30 and may have slight color variations. Digital samples with die-cutting technology cost $60, offering a more aesthetically pleasing folding effect and recommended for corrugated boxes. Pre-printed samples cost $75 and are identical to the final product. Double-sided printed samples are priced at twice the price of the corresponding single-sided printed samples.
2.Sample production typically takes 1-3 days after design confirmation. We offer free design services. Any excess samples can be shipped to the customer free of charge, with shipping borne by the buyer. The digital sample fee is refundable upon ordering a final product, while the pre-printed sample fee can be refunded in half upon negotiation with the manufacturer.
3.Frequency production typically takes 7-15 days after sample confirmation. We strictly control production progress and quality to ensure timely delivery of high-quality fried chicken packaging.
